“I believe that without health, nothing else matters—and with it, everything becomes possible.”
A little something about my journey:

For a long time, I thought I was on the “right” path. I originally wanted to study medicine. Even as a young girl, I had this deep desire: I wanted to help people. Heal them. Make a real difference. But life didn’t take me into a hospital—it took me into business.
I studied business administration and entered the corporate world as a consultant. From there I moved into sales in the tech industry. On paper, it looked like success. Fast-paced, ambitious, “impressive.” But internally, something was off.
The further I went, the more disconnected I felt—from myself, my health, from purpose, from real impact. Eventually, I started to feel what so many people in high-performance environments feel but rarely say out loud: "burnout".
Then came Covid. What felt like global pause became my personal wake-up call. Everything slowed down. And for the first time in years, I had space to reflect. Not on what I was doing but on why I was doing it. During the lockdowns, I made a decision: I went back to studying. This time, I focused on vegan nutrition. It was the first step back toward health, awareness, and alignment.
But I quickly realized something important: I didn’t just want a niche. I wanted depth. I wanted to understand health in a truly holistic way.

So I pivoted again—this time into a health startup in sales management. It was closer to alignment, but still not fully there. The vision was powerful: a holistic health app. But the execution didn’t match the promise. And again, I found myself in a system that felt limited, not expansive. That was the turning point.
I stopped waiting for the “perfect environment” and decided to build my own path. I studied holistic health coaching with a strong focus on nutrition, movement, stress regulation and mindset. For the first time, everything I had learned (corporate, performance, health, psychology) started to connect into one clear direction.
I reached a point where everything aligned: I was healthy. Mentally clear. Energetic. Ready to launch my own business. But life changed again: I became a mother.
That changed everything. Not in the sense of stopping my mission, but refining it. Because nothing makes health more real than pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. It strips away theory and demands truth. Energy, recovery, resilience, hormones, mental load—it all becomes personal.
Today, I’m back as someone who has lived the corporate burnout cycle, studied the science, built the foundation, and experienced firsthand how deeply health impacts performance, clarity, and quality of life.
Now I help people, especially professionals, rebuild their health from the inside out. Not with extremes. Not with quick fixes. But with systems that actually work in real life. Because health isn’t a side project. It’s the foundation of everything.
Qualified, Evidence-Based & Experienced.
Unlike many coaching fields, health coaching and nutrition coaching are not regulated professions in Germany. While anyone can legally call themselves a "coach", I believe that when it comes to your health, qualifications matter.
That's why I invested in extensive education and professional certifications before working with clients. My recommendations are based on scientific evidence, practical experience, and a holistic understanding of health.
